2. Orders An order is considered accepted by Eterna™ only upon confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to decline an order if payment is not successfully processed.

3. Shipping and Delivery Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are indicated at the time of order confirmation. Please review these details before finalizing your purchase.

4. Right to Cancel (Returns) In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 days of receipt. To exercise this right, the product must be returned in its original condition.

5. Limitation of Liability Eterna™ shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the improper use of the products.

6. Governing Law These transactions are governed by Italian law. However, if you are a consumer resident in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
