Eterna™ offers the option to return purchased products if you are not completely satisfied.

1. Returns You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, Eterna™ will process your refund using the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Faulty or Defective Items In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact Eterna™ immediately. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund.
